The OJC Student Services Center is your one-stop for all student needs.  You'll find placement testing, advising, financial aid, career counseling and the cashier all within the Center. Assistance with the online application and enrollment process is also available.



Admissions services include college admission and registration, financial aid, placement testing, academic advising, new student orientation, cashier services, and career assessment and counseling.

OJC Bookstore

The Otero Junior College Bookstore has transitioned into a virtual bookstore for all your textbook needs. All books or material required for courses will need to be ordered through, a virtual online bookstore site.

Graduation Application

Complete a graduation application to be a part of this year's Commencement Ceremony.


If you anticipate completing your degree or certificate in the fall semester, complete and submit the graduation application by November 1 of the graduation year.

If you anticipate completing your degree or certificate in the spring semester, complete and submit the graduation application by January 31 of the graduation year.

Request a Replacement Diploma or Certificate

Life happens! Through no fault of your own, records get lost; whether moving, life changes, natural disasters or due to any series of unfortunate incidents. You can order replacement copies of your degree or certificate. Just use this online form.

Request a Background Check
