Preparing Students for Future STEM Careers

The Math & Science Department is a learning centered department, teaching science and math courses that provide the foundation for many areas of study, including the fast growing STEM fields. Staffed by dedicated and professional faculty, the department strives to create a learning environment focused on hands-on experiences and real-world applications.

Faculty members in the Math & Science Dept. serve as faculty advisors to students who are pursuing an Associate of Science degree or wish to enter a STEM field.

Our Goal

The Math & Science Department's goal is to prepare students to have the academic skills needed to successfully pursue higher levels of education in STEM fields of study or to have the foundational skills and knowledge to be workforce ready in a STEM career.
