OJC CNFR Wrap Up
Nicole Waggoner (Fowler) wrapped up a successful year with a top 45 finish in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association standings.
Waggoner finished 26th in the first round of competition at the College National Finals Rodeo. A little tough luck in rounds two and three took her out of the championship round.
Otero Junior College rodeo will continue competition in the fall starting in Chadron, NE on September 16. The team will compete in five regional rodeos in the fall vying for a qualification to the CNFR.
For more information about OJC Rodeo please contact Linsay Sumpter at linsay.sumpter@ojc.edu
